What to Expect

Expect to be questioned about the reason for your pet's visit and any pertinent medical history. It is VERY helpful if you come bearing copies of your pets medical records or  have those records sent to us by either fax or email before you arrive.  Don't merely bring invoices, and don't be shy about asking vets who've provide past care to forward records.  It's done all the time.

  A stool speciment never hurts.  If it's not needed, we'll throw it out for you.  But  don't despair if  your pet fails to furnish one in time for your visit, she or he will make more.
